Records Division

The records division of the Nassau Bay Police Department is comprised of one administrative clerk who is responsible for the storage, indexing, and dissemination or all law enforcement records. Some of these records include:

  • Calls for service (CFS)
  • Incident and offense reports
  • Accident reports
  • Call statistics


Some fees are applicable to services provided by the records division:

  • Accident reports: $6 uncertified, $8 certified
  • Incident, Offense, or CFS Report: Free
  • Call statistics: Charge depends on quantity
