  2. What is Nassau Bay 101?
    Nassau Bay 101 provides a unique opportunity to get an up-close and in-depth look at the inner workings of their municipal government. It is designed to equip and encourage citizens to become more engaged and assume a leadership role within the community. Participants will meet City Staff and Elected Officials and learn all about each department of our City through facility tours and interactive sessions and demonstrations.
  3. When Are the Classes?
    Classes will be held Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 8:00pm for six weeks starting on Thursday, September 13, 2018.
  4. Who Can Participate?
    Participants must meet the following requirements:
    Nassau Bay Residents or Business Owners
    At Least 18 Years-Old
    Registered Voter
    Submit Application
    Class is limited to a maximum of 20 participants; priority is given to applicants who will attend all classes.
  5. What to Expect
    Each week you will meet with different City Staff, Elected Officials, and Community Partners to learn about all aspects of your municipal government. Nassau Bay 101 is designed to equip and encourage citizens to become more engaged and assume a leadership role within the community.

    There are 6 scheduled sessions, beginning on September 13, 2018. Classes occur on Thursday. Will you be able to attend all scheduled sessions?
