Ballunar Liftoff Festival

The festival launches each year at the Johnson Space Center/NASA. The annual event features over 100 visually spectacular hot air balloons, along with powered flight vehicles of every description.

The Festival is one of the largest national balloon navigational and maneuvering competitions. The Ballunar Liftoff Festival at Johnson Space Center is on NASA Parkway, two miles east of I-45 at the southern edge of Houston, next to Clear Lake, just across from Nassau Bay.
