Ashley Graves fell in love with Nassau Bay in her youth and finally made the unique community her home in 2009. As a member of the CANBE (Community Association for Nassau Bay Enhancement) Board of Trustees, the Board of Adjustment, Parks & Recreation Committee and countless other volunteer efforts in the community, Ashley is honored to have the opportunity to serve Nassau Bay on City Council Position 2 after Dr. Sandra Mossman’s vacancy due to term limits.
When she is not working or active in Nassau Bay, Ashley is spending time with her two children Jett and Love. Jett currently attends Strake Jesuit as a sophomore where Ashley serves as the library volunteer coordinator. Love is a 5th year at St. Catherine’s Montessori where Ashley is a co-chair for the annual Spring Fling celebration. Additionally Ashley works in both theater and on camera acting and is excited about the re-launch of NBTV.
A graduate of Pearland High School, Ms. Graves attended Texas A&M University and received a degree in Speech Communication. After moving back from Portland, Oregon in 2004 she became a licensed Texas Realtor and currently works for Berkshire Hathaway Anderson Properties. In addition to buyer/seller representation, she is also a real estate advisor and consultant for real estate investing. Maintaining and growing property values in Nassau Bay both residential and commercial is important to Ms. Graves and will be the leading value as she serves. With Nassau Bay’s distinctive history and location Ms. Graves feels that is essential to this community to preserve the culture and local ecosystem while balancing growth and strategic advancements necessary to keep Nassau Bay a highly desirable place to live, work and play.
