Personal History

Ashley Graves fell in love with Nassau Bay in her youth and finally made the unique community her home in 2009. As a member of the CANBE (Community Association for Nassau Bay Enhancement) Board of Trustees, a former member of the Board of Adjustment & Parks Committee, and countless other volunteer efforts in the community, Ashley is honored to have the opportunity to serve Nassau Bay on City Council Position 3 after John Mahon's vacancy due to term limits. 

When she is not working or active in Nassau Bay, Ashley is spending time with her two children Jett and Love. Jett currently attends Purdue University as a computer data student.. He recently started Strake’s first ever E-sports team and will become an Eagle Scout this spring. Love attends a high school for aspiring medical students and hopes to be a professional soccer player. Additionally, Ashley works in on-camera acting with Beaz Talent is excited about the re-launch of NBTV on both channel 16 and YouTube where she has filmed many local segments for the community.

Work History

A 6th generation Texan and graduate of Pearland High School, Ms. Graves attended Texas A&M University where she received a degree in Speech Communication. After moving back from Portland, Oregon in 2004 she became a licensed Texas Realtor and currently works for Berkshire Hathaway Premier Properties, the largest Berkshire Hathaway brokerage in Texas. Most recently she graduated from the Texas Realtors Leadership Program and is a current member of the Bay Area Political Affairs Advisory Leadership (PAAL). In addition to buyer/seller representation, she is also a real estate advisor and consultant for real estate investing. Maintaining and growing property values in Nassau Bay, both residential and commercial, is important to Ms. Graves and will be the leading value as she serves.

With Nassau Bay’s distinctive, rich history and unique location Ms. Graves feels that is essential to preserve the culture and local ecosystem while balancing growth and strategic advancements necessary to keep Nassau Bay a highly desirable place to live, work and play.
