Registered Sex Offenders
The Nassau Bay Police Department maintains a database of registered sex offenders in our community. After submitting the data below you will be given access to our current list of registered sex offenders residing in Nassau Bay. This list changes when sex offenders change their address. It is provided under the authority of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Chapter 62, to enhance public awareness of convicted sex offenders living in our community. By filling out the form below, you are complying with state law that requires a written request for all public information on the registered sex offenders. The information submitted below is only for internal department use and will not be released to the public or any of the registered sex offenders.
