Police Department Closed for In-Person Services Due to Coronavirus Pandemic

Because of the social impact and to slow community spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in and around our community, Nassau Bay City Hall, including Police Department Offices, will be closed to the public until further notice. Currently, there are no cases of COVID-19 in the Clear Lake area, including Nassau Bay.

The Nassau Bay Police Department will continue to operate normal patrol and emergency operations during this time. All police department personnel and staff will be operating under normal conditions. However, non-essential services such as fingerprint services, prescription drug collection, in-person requests for reports, etc. are suspended temporarily.

Any of our community members needing police response from the Nassau Bay Police Department are asked to continue to use the following phone numbers for assistance.

Non-emergency patrol division response, to speak with a dispatcher, to file a report, to report traffic issues, etc.

Administrative contact, Records Department, Criminal Investigation Division, parking permits/vacation watch registration, requests for police reports (online at reports), etc. Regular business hours, Monday – Thursday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am to 11:30pm.
