Water / Wastewater

The Water System Division is responsible for the infrastructure operation, maintenance, and capital improvements of the water supply and distribution system.

Water system infrastructure components include elevated water storage facilities, ground water storage facilities, pumping facilities, water well facilities, and water distribution system piping.

Responsibilities include assuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and good management practices in supplying quality water to residents and commercial water customers.

The Wastewater System Division is responsible for the infrastructure operation, maintenance, and capital improvements of the wastewater collection system and wastewater treatment facilities.

Wastewater system infrastructure components include sewage collection piping, sewer lift stations, and wastewater treatment facilities.

Responsibilities include assuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and good management practices in protecting human health and the environment by properly collecting and treating sewage flows.
