This meeting will be closed to in person attendance by the public. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the public will not be allowed to be physically present at this meeting, but the meeting will be available to members of the public and allow for two-way communications for those desiring to participate. Telephonic and videoconferencing capabilities will be utilized to allow individuals to address the Parks & Recreation Committee / Keep Nassau Bay Beautiful. Emails may also be submitted.
Members of the public are entitled to participate remotely via Zoom Teleconferencing. You will have a maximum of three (3) minutes to address the Parks & Recreation Committee / Keep Nassau Bay Beautiful on any one topic. Members of the public who wish to submit their written comments on a listed agenda item must submit their comments by completing the Public Request to Speak (online form) or by emailing Roscoe Lee at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 281-336-6281 for staff assistance. Comments must be received before 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

The Parks & Recreation Committee also has oversight over the volunteer-run organization, Keep Nassau Bay Beautiful.
