NOTICE AND ORDER OF SPECIAL ELECTION FOR THE CITY OF NASSAU BAY
An election is hereby ordered to be held on November 6, 2018, for the purpose of submitting to the resident qualified voters the following proposition:
Proposition A: (Required to be reauthorized by voters every four years)
“The reauthorization of the local sales and use tax in the City of Nassau Bay, Texas, at the rate of one-fourth of one percent to continue providing revenue for maintenance and repair of municipal streets.”
Election Day
Voting will be conducted on Election Day, November 6, 2018, from 7:00am to 7:00pm at Nassau Bay City Hall, 1800 Space Park, Suite 200, Nassau Bay, Texas 77058.
Early Voting
Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted through the Harris County Elections Division as the City of Nassau Bay has entered into a Joint Election Agreement with Harris County for the conduct of the election.

Note: Voters may vote early at any designated Harris County branch polling place.
Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted by Harris County beginning Monday, October 22, 2018 and ending Friday, November 2, 2018. Hours of early voting are:

Applications for ballot by mail can be requested by calling the Harris County Elections Division at 713.755.6965. Applications can also be obtained through the County’s website: www.harrisvotes.com.
