Utility Customer Advisory:
Due to a City of Nassau Bay software transition, utility billing payments will not be accepted beginning Friday, August 6 at 11:30AM through Wednesday, August 11 at 7:30AM. This includes all forms of payment, including in-person, online and payments by phone.
Payments will be accepted as normal on Friday, August 6 from 7:30AM-11:30AM. Regular payment processes will resume at 7:30AM on Wednesday, August 11.
