[ARCHIVED] Possible Locations for KidCourse 1800 – Resident Survey

KidCourse 1800

Possible Locations for KidCourse 1800 – Resident Survey:

Share your thoughts! At the direction of the City Council, City Staff has ordered the Game Time KidCourse 1800 to be installed at a City park. City Council has also directed the Parks & Recreation Committee and Keep Nassau Bay Beautiful Committee to recommend a location for this equipment, either in David Braun Park or Howard Ward Park.

The two committees assessed five locations in David Braun Park and two locations in Howard Ward Park and developed a list of pros and cons for each proposed site location. The locations were then rank ordered for each Park.  Details of the Committees' assessments can be found online here: KidCourse1800 Assessment of Possible Site Locations (pdf).

The City is asking residents to vote on their preference for the installation of the KidCourse 1800 playground equipment. Please visit the City’s website at www.nassaubay.com/KidCourse1800 (online link) to see more details on the proposed sites and to cast your vote. You must be a resident of Nassau Bay to vote. Each member of the family may vote for their preferred location for KidCourse 1800, but only once, each.  Voting ends on December 21, 2021.
