[ARCHIVED] Election Update (as of May 8th at 10:00am)

City Officers' Election Results Update: As of May 8th at 10:00am, the City of Nassau Bay now has the unofficial results of the City Officers' Election. These results are not considered final until the official canvass meeting on May 18th.

At this time, we can declare Phil Johnson as Mayor of the City of Nassau Bay, and Michelle Weller the winner of the Position 6 race. 

Position 2 Race - Lucie Johannes Sommer is leading this contested race with 50.65% of the vote. With possible outstanding provisional votes and ballots by mail, the race is still too close to call. 

Position 4 Race - As no candidate received more than 50% of the vote, this race will go to a run-off election. The run-off election will be between candidates John Abbey and John P Mahon. More information to come on the run-off election date.
